How can I place an order?

You can place order online through product selection.

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

The earlier the better, we suggest 1-day advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
Personal or Business requirement can be mailed.

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

We require at least half of the total as the deposit.

Can I order online?

Yes though website; We do not finalize any orders through e-mail or any social networking sites. You may send photos/details to us for pricing at sales@mrdelight24com, but you must then call to finish the order. All orders require a deposit to ensure your order is placed.

Can I make changes to my cake after I order?

You can make changes a week before your delivery/pick up date. Changes can be made by calling us at 7510001016.

Refund/Exchange Policy

We take pride in our desserts and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us (within 24 hours) of your concern We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves & determine the amount that can be refunded. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone (7510001016) or email (sales@mrdelight24.com), 1 week before your event, you will receive 80% of your order back with store credit. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Bakery and confirmed. Bakery reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.

How is a tier cake priced?

All tier cakes are priced based on type of cake, filling, icing, decorations, structure, and toppers.

Can I get a different cake for each tier of my cake?

You may get different cakes for each tier however it will bring the final cost up and keep in mind each tier feeds a certain amount of people and may not be equal in the end.

If I bring you a photo of a cake can you make it?

We can not recreate cakes exactly as any photo. All cakes are works of art and each decorator is an artist, we all have our own different styles, tools, and methods of creating custom cakes. We will use any provided.

Are all of your cakes filled?

Yes all of our cakes are filled. You have a choice of one or two filling (additional cost for sheet cakes) in each cake you order. We do not do cakes unfilled.

Do you put edible photos on cakes?

Yes, we can put photos on cakes, cupcakes & sugar cookies.

Do you do fondant covered cakes?

Yes, we can cover cakes in fondant as well as fondant decorations.

What color fondant can I cover the cake with?

You can do any color of the rainbow.
If you have a specific color, we suggest you send us a swatch

If I order a allergen cake can I cover it with fondant?

You can put fondant on top of gluten free, dairy-free, egg free & nut-free cakes.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver most of our cakes.

Should I keep my cake refrigerated?

Most of our cakes can sit out in a cool air conditioned room for up to 3 hours any longer than that we suggest refrigeration with the exception of whipped cream cakes they should most always be kept refrigerated.

Do you do wedding/party favors?

Yes! We have plenty of options/ideas for your event. Mainly, our customers like to do sugar cookies or cake bites. We can match them to any theme or colors you have along with your party.
